Shipping policy

Delivery time

All products are handmade to order. It takes at least 8-12 weeks to be made before they are shipped to you from Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping usually takes around 2-3 weeks and is sent using Australia Post Regular Air-Mail with tracking information provided. If something is needed urgently I can use Express postage upon request which takes 2-3 days.

USA Tariffs 

USA Tariffs are pre-paid by me as part of the shipping costs. You will not be out of pocket for these fees upon delivery.

VAT, Duty, Import fees & Customs

Prices do not include any of the aforementioned fees.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any charges incurred if requested by their local authority- unfortunately, this is out of my control.

Please refer to the Government website of your country if you are unsure about which fees may apply.
