Returns policy

All of the workshops products are custom made to order and are therefore NOT returnable or refundable (particularly our items with custom tooled designs). However, if you have a serious problem with your item, we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your piece. Issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, please contact us if you have any concerns.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
